Branch Manager – Role & Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve and exceed sales and service targets.
Develop and deliver a local business development plan to grow the customer base and increase repeat business.
Build strong, lasting customer relationships through expert travel consultation and personalised service.
Oversee the planning and booking of tailor-made holidays, cruises, and bespoke itineraries.
Monitor branch performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and celebrating team successes.
Ensure the team maintains up to date product knowledge, destination expertise, and awareness of industry trends.
Manage staff rotas and ensure smooth day to day branch operations.
Represent the brand within the local community as a visible and trusted travel specialist.
Branch Manager – Skills & Experience Required:
Background in travel sales with experience of leading, coaching, or managing a team.
Strong commercial awareness and confidence in driving business growth.
A consultative sales approach with excellent attention to detail.
Confident decision maker with the ability to take ownership of branch performance.
Genuine passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Branch Manager – Additional Info:
Salary of c £28k plus monthly commission and annual bonus.
Monday to Saturday 9.30pm to 5pm (Saturdays 9.30pm to 4pm) Saturdays on a rota basis.
