Key Highlights: - Lead mechanical coordination from pre-construction to site handover - Chair coordination meetings with clients, consultants & contractors - Act as the central point between design teams and site delivery - Mentor junior coordinators and improve internal processes - Report directly to senior leadership - Work with innovative systems like ASHPs, HIUs, MVHR, and more What Were Looking For: 5 years in mechanical coordination or technical delivery Strong knowledge of modern mechanical systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management Procore or BIM experience (desirable but not essential) Trade background or formal qualification in building services a plus Skills: plumber mechanical heating
