Location: Crawley (with regular travel across the UK and occasional overnight stays) Salary: up to £38k commission company annual bonus Company Car About the Role: Join the business as a Key Account Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with key distribution network partners. This role combines strategic account management with solution-based selling and offers a unique mix of office-based, field-based, and industry-facing responsibilities. What You’ll Be Doing: * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key distribution accounts * Drive sales revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities * Understand customer needs and align technical solutions, accordingly, leveraging your knowledge of hardware and network systems * Report on key metrics, forecasts, and sales progress to both internal and external stakeholders * Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer engagement goals * Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, showcasing products and strengthening brand awareness * Work closely with internal teams (Technical Support, Production, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth customer experiences * Support account administration: order processing, quotes, new account setup * Monitor market activity and competitor trends to inform strategy * Provide insights and feedback to the Innovation team to drive R&D * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve challenges promptly and professionally What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a Key Account Manager or similar B2B sales role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong technical aptitude * Customer-first mindset and a proactive approach * Capable of managing multiple priorities and working independently * Confident presenting to clients and delivering product demonstrations * Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, including overnight stays as needed * Full UK driving license * Right to work in the UK If you’re a relationship-focused sales professional with technical flair and ambition, we want to hear from you.
