Details of Design Coordinator
We are recruiting a Design Coordinator to support the firm's marketing and sales activity through high-quality materials and effective campaign execution.
This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive and organised individual with strong creative instincts and excellent attention to detail. You will work closely with sales, leadership and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered professionally and consistently, supporting lead generation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities for the Design Coordinator
Implement the marketing communications plan across priority channels including email campaigns, LinkedIn, partner outreach and events
Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts promoting insights, updates, services and events (including coordinating posts for senior stakeholders where required)
Manage campaign execution including segmentation, scheduling, quality assurance checks and performance monitoring
Create marketing assets including flyers, one-pagers, e-shot layouts and simple graphics in line with brand standards
Prepare graphics and supporting materials for sales proposals and client presentations
Assist with preparation of sales proposals and supporting documentation
Coordinate webinars including invitations, registrations, reminders, attendee lists and follow-up communications
Support face-to-face seminars and events, managing venue logistics, materials and attendee administration
Skill requirements for Design Coordinator
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Confident writing and editing copy for email campaigns and LinkedIn
Experience using CRM systems and email marketing platforms
Comfortable creating marketing assets using design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Canva or similar)
Experience coordinating webinars or events desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce polished, accurate work
Organised and capable of managing multiple deadlines
