UHNW Senior Private Client Manager Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Salary: Negotiable We’ve been looking after our client’s insurance needs for over 35 years, we look after clients across the High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth arena ensuring their assets whether that’s their historic town house, art collection or estates have the best possible cover in place Our team is going from strength to strength and to ensure we continue to provide outstanding levels of service to our clients we’re looking for a Private Client Manager to take over an existing portfolio of HNW / UHNW Clients. You'll be looking after a mix of existing HNW and UHNW Clients with a main focus on the Property side, covering off all associated lines at the same time whilst working closely with the team to ensure everything gets done quickly and efficiently. The day to day: Proactively managing client requirements across their portfolio's including renewals, additional quotations, mid term adjustments and associated pieces Ensure all client data is up to date and accurate on Acturis Negotiating with underwriters and ensuring all documentation is correct prior to issuing Working with colleagues on a collaborative basis to ensure all clients (including ones not in your portfolio) are provided with a high level of service. Undertaking due diligence checks on potential customers Assisting with credit control where required Building strong working relationships with stakeholders (both internally and externally) Assisting the directors with larger more complex cases as required Achieve New Business / Retention targets The rewards: A negotiable basic salary all the normal benefits (25 days holiday, pension, DIS etc.) A team based environment where everyone pulls together coupled with the ability to progress within a highly respected name within the market Full support for professional qualifications (including full funding) Access to the annual share save scheme About you: Strong working knowledge of the Private Client Insurance landscape, which should include exposure to Fine Art, Listed / Heritage Properties, Farms and Estates and the associated Motor and Liability Policies A proven track record of dealing with Ultra High Net Worth Clients You’ll have a rounded skill set that includes high level communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, administrative and IT skills coupled with working knowledge of MS Office products Exposure to Insurance broking platforms (Acturis) would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided You’ll also need to have a good telephone manner with the ability to adapt to situations A full driving licence would be highly beneficial due to the requirement for client visits Role Synonyms: Private Client Insurance Broker, HNW Insurance Broker, Private Client Account Executive, Private Client Development Executive, Private Client Insurance Manager We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
