JOB- Project Manager LOCATION- Manchester TERM- Permanent SALARY- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) My client designs and manufactures a range of industrial engineering equipment. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Manchester on a permanent basis. The Project Manager will ideally have the following attributes: Qualified in Mechanical Engineering (NVQ / HNC / HND / Degree or similar) or be QBE from working in a similar technical role Experience of cleanrooms, laboratories, healthcare environments is a bonus Previous experience working within project engineering and also R&D Be able carry out mechanical design and read engineering drawings Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Have previous experience working within a similar manufacturing environment Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team Be flexible to travel as required The Project Manager role will involve: Managing a team working on the company’s product range; the new product introduction process Being involved in managing new product developments Taking things from concept to launch Helping to develop existing products too Liaising with customers as required keeping them up to date with project progress Producing technical drawings as needed Offering technical support Sourcing and selecting components that are required If you are in...
