Join Our Growing Team as a Design & Sales Consultant
We're seeking a talented individual to join our expanding showroom team. Key responsibilities include:
* Consulting with trade and retail clients in our showrooms
* Guiding clients through the full design process
* Designing and briefing a design assistant on shop drawings
* Preparing quotes and conducting site visits/surveys
* Following up with clients via phone and email
* Building lasting client relationships
* Keeping showroom displays stunning
* Working 5 days a week, including Saturdays
We'll provide full training, but you'll ideally bring:
* 2-5 years' sales experience in luxury retail or interior design
* A contagious passion for interiors
* Proven sales and negotiation skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Confidence in team and client communication
Salary £25,000 plus commission. OTE in £30k+
