Salary:£35,000-£40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Your Role
As theHome Managerat Bryntirion, you'll be the heart of the home and the leader of the team.
* Lead and inspire a dedicated, values-driven team
* Manage awarm, inclusive, and safe home environment
* Create a culture of respect, dignity, and belonging
* Champion person-centred care and independence
* Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches
* Support and develop staff through coaching and mentoring
* Ensure high-quality care, compliance, and best practice
* Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who leads with compassion, confidence, and integrity.
In addition to your QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)you'll need:
* Experience as a Registered ManagerorDeputy Manager ready to step up as aHome Manager
* Strong understanding of adult care regulations
* Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
* A genuine passion for improving lives
* A full UK driving licence
* Enhanced DBS with barred list check
