An established and highly respected engineering and construction business is seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of major projects, working closely with high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring successful commercial outcomes across major projects
* Managing commercial activities from contract award through to final account
* Administering and negotiating variations and contract changes
* Working collaboratively within an experienced commercial team
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Liaising with internal departments to support profitable project delivery
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Strong background in a commercial role within the construction or engineering sector
* Solid working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to influence and build long-term client relationships
* Understanding of fabrication processes (desirable)
* Experience managing variations while maintaining repeat business
