Hourly rate: £31.53 via Umbrella
Location: South Wales (Hybrid)
Hours: Full time
Duration: 3 months initially

Responsibilities include:
Oversee the administration and management of transfer applicants
Provide general advice on housing options such as mutual exchanges to help existing tenants and other customers to meet their housing requirements
Consult with the supported housing team relating to letting supported living schemes, ongoing tenancy support in floating support schemes and obtaining support for new clients
Co-ordinate and conduct pre-allocation interviews with all prospective new tenants to ensure relevant advice about tenancy and support is offered to sustain a tenancy
Co-ordinate and conduct settling in visits for new tenants
Prepare monitoring and performance reports when required
Maintain tenancy and property records.
Manage the empty properties process in their area from notice stage to re-letting
Undertake neighbourhood and internal communal area inspections on a regular basis
Consult with other agencies such as social services, tenancy support agencies, occupational therapists, and GPs to progress and resolve tenancy issues
