The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the commercial and financial management of fit out projects from tender stage through to final account. Duties include:
* Managing the full commercial lifecycle of fit out projects
* Preparing accurate cost plans, BOQs, valuations, and CVRs
* Leading procurement and subcontractor management
* Ensuring robust cost control and maximising profitability
* Assessing variations, claims, and negotiating final accounts
* Working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintaining strong client relationships and representing the business professionally

About You
We're looking for someone who brings both technical competence and a practical understanding of the fast‑paced fit out environment.
You should have:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit out industry (office, retail, commercial, CAT A/CAT B ideal)
* Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (JCT preferred)
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
