Senior Risk & Data Privacy Compliance Manager
The Risk & Compliance Manager will oversee compliance processes and mitigate risks within the organisation, ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
This role sits with a growing, innovative technology solutions provider. The team works between home and the office; this role can be based from Hull or Burnley.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement risk management frameworks and compliance policies.
* Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Identify potential risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
* Conduct audits and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
* Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance trends within Technology & Telecoms.
* Provide guidance and training to teams on compliance and risk-related matters.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth compliance processes.
* Support the organisation in maintaining a robust risk management culture.
Profile
* Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
* Proven ability to develop and implement compliance frameworks and policies.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in conducting audits and preparing detailed reports.
* Ability to keep up with evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Job Offer
* Salary from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
* Hybrid working (three days a week in the office).
* Option to have Hull or Burnley as a home office location.
