We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Year 3/4 Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Duties as a Year 3/4 Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of both Year 3 and Year 4 pupils.
* Differentiate effectively to support mixed-age and mixed-ability learning.
* Monitor, assess and record progress using school assessment systems.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and confident.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to support all learners, including those with SEND and EAL.
* Establish strong relationships with parents and carers, maintaining clear communication.
* Contribute to planning across Lower Key Stage 2 and engage in year-group moderation.
* Participate in school life, including assemblies, trips, and extracurricular activities.
* Engage with professional development and contribute to the school’s continued growth.
Ideal Year 3/4 Teacher:
* Be a creative and reflective practitioner with experience in Key Stage 2 (preferably Lower KS2).
* Understand the needs and opportunities of teaching a mixed-age class.
* Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills as a Year 3/4 Teacher
* Be flexible, proactive and able to work collaboratively.
* Demonstrate high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to inclusive education.
* Be passionate about children’s learning and wellbeing.
* Have QTS
