The company in question are looking to strengthen their Family team by adding a Partner or a Senior Lawyer who is ready for the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be contributing to regional and national growth in the business whilst delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients. Ideally, you will have a wealth of experience working within Family Law, will be commercially minded whilst also having an established referral network and a successful track record of successful business development. You will ideally be technically skilled and have experience handling complex family matters. Also ideally you will have a strong track record of revenue and income. In this role, your responsibilities are as follows: Lead and develop a high quality Family practice in Liverpool, attracting and delivering high quality family and other client referrals through internal and external relationships, managing a strong personal client practice - including complex and high value matters and support and train junior lawyers within the team.
