Role: Fuelcard Administration Assistant
Location: Motherwell
Hours: Full-time. 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday 2:30pm)

Skills and Requirements
* A high level of accuracy is required for this role to ensure the needs of our customers and sales teams are met
* Must be able to work as part of a busy team
* Excellent communication with others is required
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Must be able to work to timescales to ensure customers receive cards
* Previous experience in an administration role would be beneficial
Key Responsibilities
* General administration tasks, emails, Excel, internal communication
* Arranging for cards to be sent out to customers
* Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
* Working within a team to meet our customers needs
* Picking up additional tasks when required
* Sending and responding to emails
