Job Description
As a Sales Advisor at Carats Jewelry, you will be responsible for delivering a refined, personalized client experience while representing the brand with professionalism and discretion. Your role extends beyond sales to building long-term client relationships based on trust, expertise, and exceptional service.
You will guide clients through their purchase journey, helping them select pieces that align with their needs while ensuring every interaction reflects the Carats standard of excellence.
