Job Description
The duties of the Client Onboarding Executive include:
3. Processing new client applications.
4. Undertaking AML and KYC checks in line with the company's policy and legal requirements.
5. Completing risk assessments on new clients and following escalation procedures for high risk clients.
6. Where necessary, requesting additional information regarding client applications via email.
7. Handling incoming enquiries regarding client applications via email and telephone, to a high quality in line with target response times.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of AML procedures and retail investment products, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. A strong ability to prioritise tasks, maintain accuracy under pressure, and work collaboratively with colleagues is essential.
