Protocol Education is delighted to be supporting a Good-rated primary school in Watford in their search for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with students with special educational needs, starting September 2025.
This is more than a classroom role — it’s a chance to change a child’s life, build trust, and celebrate every small win together.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing 1:1 support to children with SEND, helping them access learning in a way that works for them
Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and families
Supporting emotional regulation, building confidence, and encouraging independence
Adapting resources and strategies to meet each learner's individual needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
