Job Opportunity: Part-Time Administrator Office Assistant
Location: Miltech Auto Performance (Family-Run Business)
Hours: Mondays, 9am - 4pm or hours to suit (with potential for additional hours)
About Us
Miltech Auto Performance is a small, friendly, family-run vehicle repair workshop with onsite coffee and snack van and we're looking for a part-time Office Assistant/general help to join our team 1 day per week (Monday) with potential for additional hours when required.

Your Role
You'll be involved in the day to day operations, including:
* Answering calls, responding to emails, and handling customer enquiries.
* Greeting customers and taking bookings
* Data entry and file organisation to keep operations running smoothly.
* Help set up and organise events
* Serving customers in our onsite coffee van
* Making merch/printing Tshirts, bags etc
What We're Looking For
* Essential:
* Knowledge and experience of using office software (MS Office/Excel).
* Strong numeracy skills (GCSE Maths/English or equivalent).
* Accurate typing and data entry skills with sharp attention to detail.
* Excellent spoken/written English and professional phone manner.
* Knowledge of Xero would be advantageous
* Ideal Traits:
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise tasks.
* Barista coffee skills would be a big bonus
* Friendly demeanor—you'll be a key part of our small team

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
