Description Senior Business Officer 8535 | Fixed term contract for 1 year | £25,584 to £27,269 per annum (Scale E) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich Adult Social Services (ASSD) has an exciting new opportunity for you to join their Business Support Team as Senior Business Officer (SBO). ASSD has launched an online portal to allow our service users to connect with us electronically. We have set up a project team to focus on the onboarding of our service users to the portal and are looking for an additional team member to join us. Your main tasks would be phoning our service users to guide them though the onboarding process, accurately updating system records, collecting feedback and analysing data. We are looking for a great team player who: • Has excellent literacy, listening and communication skills • Is highly organised and have effective time management skills • Is fully competent working with MS Teams, Outlook and office applications • Is highly professional and can manage sensitive information • Is friendly and approachable with a fantastic telephone manner Full training will be provided when you join and you will be supported by an experienced, friendly and knowledgeable team.
