We are recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager overseeing a large team and a portfolio of education contracts within a growing Contract Caterer.
This is a pivotal role for the business and requires a senior operator who has extensive experience within state education Contract Catering.
About the role –
* Overseeing an established team of Operations Managers and a portfolio of education contracts
* Contract mobilisations, retention and development are a key part of this role
* Mentoring, onboarding, and training your senior team
* You will be involved in the tender process as the company grows
* Building and developing client relationships
Ideal Senior Operations Manager -
* Contract Catering experience at a senior level is a must, ideally within state education
* Excellent communication skills
* A ‘can do' attitude and a genuine love for catering
* Your passion will be service and standards
* Financially astute
* You will be an outstanding leader, motivator and have a degree of gravitas
* A deep understanding of delivering for demanding clients
