Are you looking to take the next step in your Corporate Tax career? Our client — a top‑tier UK law firm - is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join their highly ranked Corporate Tax team. You’ll work alongside experienced tax specialists on complex, high‑profile matters spanning corporate, commercial, and property transactions.
🔍 The Role
You’ll be involved in a wide variety of work, including:
* Advising on tax structuring for corporate acquisitions, disposals, and reconstructions
* Drafting and negotiating transactional tax documentation
* Advising on SDLT / LBTT / VAT and broader property tax matters
* Supporting the design and implementation of employee share incentives
* Providing guidance on Scottish income tax and employment tax issues
* Contributing to client updates, seminars, and internal training
