This role involves championing our iconic brand while supporting salon professionals in growing their businesses through nail innovation, education, and service.
What You’ll Do
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage our professional channel by nurturing relationships, driving sales, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Your responsibilities include:
* Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to our salon and spa clients, adopting a consultative approach to help grow their businesses using our product and service portfolio.
* Sales Growth & Business Development: Prospect, network, and visit clients to expand our salon and spa accounts, increasing OPI’s footprint with enthusiasm.
* Product Expertise & Education: Collaborate with educators to lead demos, training sessions, and product launches, ensuring client confidence and motivation to sell.
* Target Achievement: Meet or exceed revenue goals through upselling, cross-selling, and keeping clients stocked with the latest collections and promotions.
* Industry Insight: Monitor salon trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide innovative recommendations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with education, marketing, customer service, and distribution teams to ensure seamless client interactions.
* Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our systems to analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the professional beauty industry (nailcare or salon background is a plus).
- Knowledgeable about the salon and spa business, including its challenges and opportunities.
- A strong relationship builder with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Confident in leading product education and training sessions.
- Proficient with CRM and sales tracking tools.
