Administrator Location: Talbot Timber, Pembroke Dock We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Administrator to join our team at Talbot Timber Merchants in Pembroke Dock. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities and is confident working in both office and retail environments. What you’ll be doing: Administration: Daily banking and till reconciliation in line with company procedures. Processing goods received notes and updating purchase orders. Booking in IBTs and special orders. Monitoring stock movements and resolving stock discrepancies. Maintaining shelf-edge labels and stationery supplies. Filing advice notes and providing proof of delivery when required. Assisting with stock takes and correcting stock location issues. What we’re looking for: Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask across admin and sales functions. Previous experience in retail, admin, or trade counter environments is preferred.
