This is a great opportunity to work with apprentices in the workplace, supporting them to develop their skills, achieve their qualifications and progress into successful careers within the automotive industry.
What you ll do:
* Assess apprentices in the workplace against motor vehicle qualification standards
* Support learners to develop their technical knowledge, skills and behaviours
* Provide clear, constructive feedback to support progress
* Monitor and track learner progress to ensure timely achievement
* Work closely with employers to support apprentice development
* Maintain accurate assessment records and documentation
* Ensure compliance with awarding body and quality standards
What we re looking for:
* Industry experience within the motor vehicle / automotive sector
* A relevant qualification in automotive or motor vehicle studies (Level 3 or above)
* An assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to build effective relationships with learners and employers
* A proactive and supportive approach to learner development
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel
