What You Will Do
* Senior sales leader at management and board level with deep knowledge of the Vehicle Retail business, preferably in commercial vehicles.
* Set and deliver the sales strategy to drive performance, grow market share, increase participation and conversion rates, and enhance profitability while ensuring adherence to sales product campaigns.
* Lead and coordinate the West Region sales team across depots in Tipton, Bristol, Cardiff, and two additional depots.
* Set sales targets for individual employees and manage the Sales P&L, relevant balance sheet position—including working capital management (stock).
* Work closely with Aftersales and Commercial arms to develop RTC procedures and ensure compliance.
* Qualify customers and prepare quotes before presenting costs.
* Promote the electromobility strategy and sales transition.
* Manage Vecto performance in accordance with targets.
* Maintain and develop customer relations, measured through customer surveys.
* Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports to fulfil their roles more effectively.
* Ensure team adoption of CRM and utilize it to manage customer relationships and target opportunities.
Package
Basic salary up to £80k with a 30% KPI‑driven bonus scheme, up to 10% matched pension scheme, private healthcare, company car, and increasing holiday entitlement (starts at 25 days + BH).
