Sky Dental Clinic Beckenham is looking to hire a Qualified Dental Nurse GDC/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate should be a passionate, dynamic, driven and proactive team player who is patient-focused with the skills and confidence to learn new things.
As this is a newly established dental clinic, the successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, using their initiative, and supporting the growth of the patient clientele. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both clinical nursing and front-of-house responsibilities, and who thrives in a varied and patient-focused environment.

The role itself will include:
-Providing excellent patient care and 5 star customer service
-Dealing with patient enquiries via telephone and email
-Ensure practice phones are addressed promptly
-Encouraging customer feedback and undertaking feedback initiatives
-Liaising between reception/surgeries
* Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised practice
* Ensure patients are followed up, logged, and monitored.
* Disinfection and decontamination of dental equipment
-Support both clinicians and patients chairside
*Candidate will need to be fully qualified and be registered with the General Dental Council*
IT skills including command of the Microsoft office and previous experience in the reception/customer care role is essential.
Full time position with a minimum commitment of working four days a week plus alternate Saturdays.

Monday 8.45am - 5.30pm
Tuesday 8.45am - 5.30pm
Wednesday 8.45am– 5.30pm (Every other week)
Thursday 8.45am - 5.30pm
Friday 8.45am - 2.45pm
Saturdays 9.15am - 2pm (Every other week)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
