We’re looking for a compassionate Support Worker with the ability to encourage people to look after themselves so they can live their lives to the fullest.

Support adults in their home with their day-to-day life and assist them in enjoying their favourite activities as well as exploring new ones. Our goal is to provide fantastic opportunities and positive experiences for the individuals we support. We aim to help people live big, set ambitious goals and gain independence skills.
This role centres on helping the individuals we support to develop independent living skills, including personal care, assisting with meal preparation, encouraging exercise, facilitating leisure activities such as horse riding, and promoting social interaction. You will provide support in the community, including accompanying individuals to day centres, shopping trips, and medical appointments.
Please note that a full UK driving licence is required for this role.
Hours
Full time, 39 hours per week. Shifts are 07:00am to 19:15 or 10:00am to 16:00 and some waking nights.
Location
Gillingham, ME7 2UA — parking available and close to public transport.
