About Hopscotch Children's Therapy Centre
Hopscotch is a multidisciplinary therapy centre dedicated to supporting children with neurodevelopmental differences, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and speech and motor delays. We offer a warm, family-centred environment where clinical excellence meets compassionate care. Our team includes occupational therapists, speech and language therapists along with a strong referral programme to psychologists, psychiatrist and educators working collaboratively to empower every child to thrive.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development & Partnership Manager with a strong background in healthcare to lead growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and expand our impact across clinical, educational, and community settings. This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and a passion for improving outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including service expansion, funding streams, and referral networks.
* Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with Hopscotch’s mission and clinical priorities.
* Conduct market analysis to inform service development and competitive positioning.
Partnership Management
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with schools, NHS trusts, local authorities, charities, and private healthcare providers.
* Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, contracts, and joint initiatives.
* Represent Hopscotch at external meetings, conferences, and networking events.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that promote services and increase brand visibility.
* Lead outreach efforts to engage families, professionals, and community stakeholders.
* Support the development of digital content, brochures, and presentations for external audiences.
Operational & Strategic Support
* Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to align business goals with service delivery.
* Monitor KPIs and report on business development performance to senior leadership.
* Contribute to strategic planning and service innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic growth within the healthcare, education, or therapy sectors.
* Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system, including NHS commissioning, EHCPs, UK Education System and private practice models.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
* Experience working with paediatric or neurodiverse populations.
* Familiarity with therapy services (OT, SLT, psychology) and multidisciplinary care models.
* Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field.
