Title: CSU Advisor - 111 Ground Floor Housing Centre, Belfast
1. Location: 111 - Ground Floor Housing Centre, Belfast
* Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30-17:00
* Pay Rate / Salary: £ per hour
2. About the Role
3. Key Responsibilities
4. Deliver excellent customer service via telephone and/or at the public counter.
* Act as a customer advocate across a broad range of housing services.
* Diagnose and accurately record repairs for Housing Executive tenants.
* Work in partnership with internal teams to resolve tenant issues.
* Report to the designated Line Manager and support day-to-day service delivery.
5. Essential Criteria
6. IT proficiency at beginner level.
* 1-5 years' relevant experience.
* Possess five GCSEs (or equivalent) plus at least one year of customer service experience.
or
* At least two years' customer service experience with evidence of ongoing learning through relevant courses or supported workplace/on-the-job training.
* Access NI Basic check required.
