NextGen Teachers are recruiting a resilient and skilled SEN / SEND Teacher for a SEMH secondary school in Croydon, leading a new class of non-verbal pupils with complex communication and behavioural needs. You'll take ownership of a small class, delivering a structured, therapeutic and personalised curriculum, supported by 2 Teaching Assistants and a wider pastoral/therapy team.
