Position Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our established and experienced Global Network Team at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers in an international environment.
You will primarily guide your team, resolve queries and problems, set clear goals, and develop your team’s professional and technical skills where appropriate.
This position requires a talented leader and coach, experienced in delivering excellent customer service, driving improvements, and leading others through change. You will monitor and report on Global Network Service Standards, identifying and addressing non-compliance issues.
About You
To succeed, you should have prior experience in people management and general knowledge of the insurance marketplace. Experience in multinational insurance is a plus.
