Technical and leadership coaching, line, and task management for junior members of staff.Oversight of the Change Management/Cost Controls function on multiple and complex projects.Implementation of industry best practice across all PMO disciplines, including change management/cost controls requirements.Responsible for the communication of relevant management informationOversight of the reporting of progress, status, risk and cost as well as other areas where applicable.Leads the integration of planning, project management, commercial management, and project control functions.Responsible for the development and administration of change requirements.Reviews and implements the education and coaching requirements for the team, and client in relation to change and cost control requirements and best practice in association with the client internal teams.Leads the implementation of project controls, managing multi-disciplinary teams and working to mid-long-term timescales, to ensure delivery standards meet client expectations and projects objectives.Uses own knowledge and experience of industry best practice to review and propose improvements to processes and policies.Manages relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and collaboration across projects, to ensure client satisfaction.Oversight, develop and review any other governance and assurance arrangements as required.Qualifications & Experience:Substantial and proven experience in a similar role.Previous management experience including experience of managing and leading teams on projects up to 100m, or as part of a leadership team on major projects or programmes >50mStrong subject matter expertise in own disciplineHas commercial acumen and the ability to manage relationships with and influence external stakeholdersExperience of leading and implementing complex business change solutionsExperience in managing business relationships at mid-to-senior management levelBachelor’s degree or equivalentRelevant professional qualification or chartered statusWhy Become an Arcadian?Our work with clients has a direct impact on people’s lives and on the planet.
