The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising engaging content that grows brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and publish organic social media content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and audience growth.
* Stay up to date with social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
* Manage community engagement through comments, messages, and interactive content.
* Work closely with internal teams to align social media with marketing objectives.
* Analyse performance metrics and optimise content accordingly.
* Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers and relevant partners.
Requirements
* Minimum two years of experience in social media management within the arts, entertainment, or live events industry.
* Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a proven track record of audience growth.
* Experience in video editing and content creation (tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva preferred).
* Excellent copywriting skills with a strong understanding of brand voice.
* Ability to track and analyse social media performance.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* A passion for the arts, entertainment, and digital content.
