At YPO, we're on a mission to reshape the future of procurement and education services—and we need a Interim Head of Marketing and Digital (12-months fixed-term)who's not just up for the challenge, but excited to lead it. This is no ordinary marketing gig. You'll be steering a £4.5m budget, leading a talented team of 30+, and driving campaigns that reach over 70,000 customers across the UK.
About You
You'll be the mastermind behind our multichannel marketing strategy, blending creativity with commercial acumen to deliver high-impact campaigns, unforgettable events, and digital experiences that convert. From catalogue production to cutting-edge eCommerce, you'll be the spark behind our brand's evolution.
We're looking for someone who's part strategist, part coach, part innovator—and 100% passionate about making marketing matter. You'll work closely with senior leaders, inspire your team to push boundaries, and make data-driven decisions that fuel growth.
