The role
Salary: £26,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements: We require strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. We require experience working at 1st/2nd line support level. Previous experience in an educational environment would be a strong advantage. Experience supporting Apple devices, iPads, or Microsoft Windows devices would be advantageous. Knowledge of Active Directory is required. Knowledge of Office 365 is required. Responsibilities: We provide day-to-day IT support for staff and pupils. We support classroom technology, staff devices, printers, audio-visual equipment, and other digital services used across the school. We troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues, escalating more complex problems to senior colleagues where appropriate. We assist with the setup, maintenance, and deployment of iPads, Apple Macs, Windows PCs, and other devices. We help ensure that classroom and staff technology is reliable, well-maintained, and ready for day-to-day use. We support school events, performances, and other activities where technology plays a role.
