Accenture's Capital Markets practice sits within the Financial Services industry segment, working with leading global firms across Investment Banking, Asset/Investment Managers, Wealth Managers, Exchanges, Data Providers, Custodians and Clearing Houses. The practice focuses on technology innovation, market disruption, data‑led transformation, and enterprise modernization.

Typical Responsibilities
* Successfully shape, structure, design and deliver complex consulting engagements.
* Demonstrate exceptional client relationship skills and become a trusted partner in an advisory capacity.
* Lead teams and support the development of Accenture's Capital Markets practice through mentoring.
* Identify sales opportunities aligned with client agendas and create value‑driven sales propositions.
* Lead the creation of thought‑leadership assets to enhance market presence.
* Take accountability for developing offerings within the practice and drive growth for clients.
* Prioritise diversity & inclusion across teams and champion value‑adding change.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 5 years consulting experience at a recognised firm or in‑house consulting/business development role.
* Proven ability to shape, structure, design and deliver complex consulting engagements.
* Deep, trusted client relationships across Capital Markets / Financial Services industry.
* Excellent understanding of Capital Markets across client segments, offerings and business processes.
* Knowledge of key trends and how technology can solve complex business challenges.
* Leadership experience and commitment to diversity and people development.
* Project and programme delivery experience with a solid understanding of lifecycles.
* Strong project management or business analysis experience within Financial Services / Capital Markets.
* Intellectual capacity to think innovatively and operate in ambiguous circumstances.

* Deep experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking and full front‑to‑back trade lifecycle.
* Broad understanding of the Capital Markets ecosystem and emerging technologies.

* Programme & Project management experience (Prince, PMP, Agile).
* Strong academic background (Bachelor's level or higher).
