This is a fast-paced, sales-focused position where youll build relationships, win new business, and match high-calibre candidates with the right opportunities. What Youll Be Doing Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates across our finance & accountancy markets. Conduct a high volume of outbound sales activity - including cold calls, business development conversations, and client outreach. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement. Build deep market knowledge to become a trusted partner for clients and candidates. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key organisations across NI, ROI, and NYC. Meet and exceed KPIs, activity targets, and revenue goals. What Were Looking For Sales experience is essential - telesales, B2B, door-to-door, or similar fast-paced environments. Thick-skinned, resilient, competitive, and hungry for success. Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls and proactive activity. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport. Determined, target-driven, and motivated by progression and earning potential. Ambitious with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
