We're a fast-growing SaaS company helping Shopify brands and performance marketing agencies unlock growth through better data. Our platform captures conversion signals that standard browser pixels miss, including those blocked by ad blockers, iOS privacy restrictions, and consent banners, and delivers enriched data to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo, and more.


In just a few years, we've become a trusted Meta Business Partner and Klaviyo Partner, and we now work with some of the fastest-growing DTC brands and agencies across Europe and the US. Our European customer base is growing fast, and we're looking for a UK-based CSM to help us serve them.

About the Role

As our UK-based Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of merchants and agencies across the UK and wider Europe. You'll guide them through onboarding, ensure their tracking setup is correct and deliver value, and help them get the most from our growing product suite, including being one of the first to onboard customers onto TrackBee Insights.


What sets this role apart is the marketing angle. Our customers are performance marketers and business owners. They care about ROAS, EMQ, conversion coverage, and funnel performance. The best person for this job understands those concepts from personal experience, not just from a customer success playbook.


This is a high-impact, high-trust role. You'll work directly with our founders and have a clear voice in shaping how we grow across Europe.


What You'll Do

* Own the full customer lifecycle for your portfolio of UK and European merchants and agencies, from onboarding and technical setup through to retention and expansion.
* Validate tracking implementations and help customers understand what the data is telling them about their ad performance.
* Monitor customer health proactively and address risks before they become problems.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with marketing managers, performance marketers, and agency partners.
* Identify expansion opportunities, including additional stores, product upgrades, and agency referrals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on case studies, testimonials, and customer stories.
* Represent your customers internally, sharing what resonates, what doesn't, and what we should build next.


You'll Thrive If You Have

* A background in performance marketing, media buying, or a performance marketing agency, ideally working with Shopify or DTC brands.
* 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, whether that's Customer Success, Account Management, or client services at an agency.
* A solid working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo, including how attribution, pixel tracking, and conversion data actually work in practice.
* Experience explaining technical concepts in plain language to marketers and founders who don't want to hear jargon.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to run calls, manage expectations, and push back when needed.
* A commercial mindset. You understand the pressure of managing ad budgets and what it means when ROAS drops.
* Curiosity about AI tools and how they're starting to change how marketers work with data.


Bonus points

* Agency background where you managed multiple Shopify or DTC clients at the same time.
* Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, or AI-assisted marketing workflows.
