We are passionate about people and are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our growing Middlesbrough site. This role will support our ongoing growth plans and offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone with strong recruitment experience and a passion for business development.
The Role
Identify, develop, and maximise new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Manage temporary and permanent recruitment processes end to end
Deliver a candidate-focused service, ensuring an excellent candidate experience at all times
Maintain accurate client and candidate records, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal quality procedures
Support the Business Manager with day-to-day operational tasks and deputise during periods of annual leave
Contribute to site performance and wider strategic growth plans

About You
Proven experience in both temporary and permanent recruitment
Strong business development background with a track record of achieving targets
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
Innovative, organised, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence and ability to drive is essentialCost code - s96
