We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to work on delivering a number of website build & branding projects for our range of predominantly b2b clients. This is an opportunity to work with some of the best design & coding talent in the North of England and deliver award winning & innovative projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be the ‘go to person’ on a variety of client web build projects & retainers. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project rollouts for clients. As a key part of the agency you’ll be involved with:
* Client facing comms & management
* Project management
* Learning about the UX & creative process with internal design teams
* Working closely with our design, development & SEO teams

It’ll be fast paced and there will be daily of learning on the job with plenty of guidance, training and support.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
As an Project Manager, you’ll be the trusted link between our clients and delivery team. You’ll build strong relationships, oversee smooth project delivery, and ensure every piece of work drives measurable impact against client goals.
You’ll guide clients towards digital activity that delivers results, while spotting opportunities to grow accounts through deeper partnerships and additional services.
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Act as a trusted partner to clients, supporting both their business objectives and personal goals
* Oversee delivery of branding and digital projects from kick-off through to completion, keeping work on time and on budget
* Proactively look for ways to add extra value and create standout client experiences
* Stay up to date with digital, marketing and industry trends relevant to your clients
* Present ideas, strategies and commercials clearly, ensuring clients see the “why” as well as the “what”
* Deliver reports and insights that cut through the noise and highlight meaningful outcomes
* Manage day-to-day communication channels with clients, ensuring clarity and responsiveness
* Take ownership of client meetings; preparing materials, coordinating inputs, and ensuring discussions are productive
* Be the go-to point of contact in the agency for your accounts, resolving queries and keeping things moving smoothly
* Lead regular client status meetings in line with agency processes, ensuring progress is clear and accountable

SALARY:
* This role is all about the right personality therefore the salary range is wider and dependant on experience - £29k - £35k
