My longstanding client is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of talking to people — you don’t need loads of experience, just confidence and enthusiasm.
You’ll be speaking to business customers over the phone and by email, building relationships, taking orders and making sure customers receive a smooth, professional service every time.
What your day will look like:
* Processing customer orders via telephone and email, accurately inputting them onto the system
* Communicating with customers about orders, products, pricing, stock availability and delivery times
* Taking customer payments and ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
* Working as part of a busy, supportive team where everyone pulls together
