Sales advisor - call centre

Start date: 30th June 2025.

Salary: £25,396 per annum basic plus uncapped commission.

Location - Swindon, office based.

A sales role with no cold calling involved!

As a Sales Adviser, you will use your great rapport building skills and your negotiating abilities to help our customers to make the most of their homes by answering their questions on our products and services, listening to what they are looking for, and recommending the perfect products to suit their needs.

This isnt about hard selling or cold calling, this is about being really passionate about customers and our brand, and using that passion to deliver a great sales experience to our customers.

This role is based in our office in Swindon, as we believe that the best coaching and development you can get in this role is in person, with your team around to support you in your career

Your working week
Our Sales department is open 9am -6pm 7 days a week
Shifts are 9am - 6pm on a 5 day week rotation working 2 full weekends a month
