Site Works Manager Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Works Manager to oversee and manage site-based personnel, including tradespersons and engineers, across multiple military barracks locations. This role focuses on delivering reactive and remedial maintenance works as well as managing small-scale billable projects up to the value of £100K. The successful candidate will lead a self-delivery team of site engineers, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of facilities management (FM) works in a military environment. A strong team player with excellent attention to detail, the Site Works Manager will support the delivery of contracted FM services, maintaining high standards of health and safety, compliance, and quality. The role requires commercial awareness, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple small projects concurrently while fostering positive team dynamics. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise site-based engineers and tradespersons across multiple barracks locations. Plan, coordinate, and deliver reactive, remedial, and small-scale project works up to £100K. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, including CDM regulations.
