Your new company We have an interim opportunity for an experienced warehouse manager for a global business based in Norfolk. The contract is guaranteed for a minimum of 3 months duration. Your new role You will take over the day-to-day operation of the busy warehouse function, managing 4 direct reports and 20 warehouse operatives. The focus will be on operational continuity, courier management and leadership support. Stable and reliable warehouse performance during the interim period Improved courier performance and reduced delivery issues Clear communication channels with suppliers and contractors Strong operational discipline and team engagement Reduced escalations through proactive issue management What you'll need to succeed You will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics flows, and inventory controls, be a confident decision-maker with the ability to manage pressure and resolve issues quickly. You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, be experienced in leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance requirements What you'll get in return Guaranteed three-month contract, with expected extension up to six months, hourly rate and weekly pay, holiday pay accrued.
