At Nationwide, a Customer Representative role supports customers across all channels, from in‑person transactions to inbound calls and digital services. This position is part of the branch team and is a gateway for protecting and looking after customers.
Key Details
Location: Harrow, Greater London
Contract: 12‑month fixed term
Hours: 24 hours per week, part‑time (flexible days, requirement to work Saturdays)
Salary: £26,500 (minimum from 1 July 2026)
London top‑up payment: £2,093 per annum, pro‑rata.
Responsibilities
* Handle transactions at the counter and educate customers on digital services.
* Support customer queries via phone, online channels, and in‑person.
* Assist with product applications and digital sales.
* Maintain high‑quality first‑class service in all formats.
