Learning Support Practitioner - Join Our Supportive and Experienced Team
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and professional Learning Support Practitioner to join our team of LSPs. This role involves working closely with students in class and providing one-to-one support where appropriate.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has an interest in, and ideally experience of, supporting students with a range of difficulties including specific learning difficulties: dyslexia/dyspraxia, SEMH and ASD
* A good working knowledge of all subjects up to and including GCSE is essential
The successful candidate will:
* Be educated to a good standard
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Be self-motivated, organised, and adaptable
* Be solution focused and flexible in their approach
* Show a genuine interest in developing the role further

About the Role
Learning Mentor
PT/Term time only (2 days/(Thursday and Friday 15 hours p/w); Required asap (39 weeks + 6 weeks paid holidays)
Salary based on the new LGS Level 3 scp 5-9: F/T salary £25,583 (Actual Salary £9,095)
We are seeking to appoint a Learning Mentor who will join our successful study support team. You will provide academic and pastoral support to our students ensuring they achieve their potential. A good understanding of the Key Stage 3 and GCSE curriculum would be desirable.
