The iconic, 5 star Royal Crescent Hotel and Spa is looking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry and the work they do, have a positive and flexible attitude and a willingness to deliver the very best levels of customer service.
Customer oriented and with high attention to detail, you will be motivated, efficient and able to undertake shifts at the weekends as well as weekdays. You will proactively respond to enquiries and communicate with all colleagues to ensure a continually improving standard of performance among staff and exceptional service for guests.

We are looking for:
* A great door host - bright and bubbly with a welcoming smile and ability and skills to manage the guests flow to ensure all diners are happy, wait times are kept to minimum,
* The ability to drive and maximise sales and to be mindful of labour cost,
* The ability to manage great team and give our guests great experience, thriving under pressure in buzzing high end restaurant,
* The ability to identify talent, developing and growing the team internally whilst providing help and support,
* The ability to close restaurant to high standard with making sure all is ready for next day,
* The ability to do cashing off - banking at the end of the shift,
* Good knowledge of wine will be beneficial and useful for the dinner supervisor role,
* Good food knowledge and styles of cusines.
Please be aware that this position is mainly for dinner shifts which includes evening shifts.
