The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to lead Passive Fire Protection and FRA works.
This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of contracts, from mobilisation through to delivery and financial performance.
The Role
* - Manage Passive Fire / Fire Stopping / FRA contracts
* - Take ownership of contract performance and margin
* - Manage direct labour and subcontractors
* - Monitor productivity and performance
* - Carry out site visits and compliance checks
* - Build strong client relationships
* - Drive H&S, compliance and quality standards
What Were Looking For
* - Contracts Manager experience in Passive Fire / FRA
* - Strong knowledge of fire stopping and compliance
* - Experience managing labour-based delivery
* - Commercially and financially aware
* - Proactive, accountable and delivery-focused
* - Strong leadership and communication skills
