Milk Education Liverpool is seeking enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Sefton area. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people, confident in managing a classroom, and looking to gain further experience within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
2. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
3. Support pupils with their learning and ensure a positive classroom environment
4. Provide feedback to teaching staff where required
About You
5. Previous UK-based experience working with young people or within a school setting is essential
6. Confident in leading groups of students
7. Adaptable, resilient, and able to use initiative
8. A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
